Shipping Policy

We believe great tea should be easy to get. That's why we offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more.

For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

All Midory orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. Our warehouse is located in the U.S., so there are no customs delays or international fees for domestic customers. At this time we ship to U.S. addresses only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships, including a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard shipping — 5 to 8 business days
• Most orders arrive within 7 business days of the ship date

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual transit times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's, and other major U.S. holidays), carrier networks experience higher-than-normal volume. Processing and delivery times may be extended by several business days during these periods. We recommend placing orders early to ensure your tea arrives in time.
