About this tea
Single-origin spring sencha from NaturaliTea, the Kinezuka family cooperative in the mountain hills of Fujieda, Shizuoka. This Yabukita cultivar is lightly deep-steamed (fukamushi) for a vivid green cup with rounded sweetness, gentle shibumi, and soft young-bud notes. Harvested in spring. Brew 4-5g at 70-80C for 60-90 seconds; re-steep 2-3 times.
